Our Mission

Building on Oklahoma's Energy Heritage

The EIC Rose Rock Venture Fund invests in seed and early-stage companies building innovative technologies to optimize and future-proof the energy sector. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we provide unparalleled market, technology, and commercialization resources.

Oklahoma has been a pioneer of energy technology since the early 1900s and is home to 10 Fortune 1000 energy companies. EIC Rose Rock traces back to an invitation from Tulsa Innovation Labs and the George Kaiser Family Foundation — a coalition designed to seize Oklahoma's unique energy ecosystem and create a global energy technology innovation hub.

We invest in founders who understand that energy innovation is built on the bedrock of heritage, hard work, and deep domain knowledge.
